PB Series — Pilot Operated Upstream Pressure Valves
High-sensitivity pilot operated relief valves for demanding high-pressure upstream control.
The PB Series are high-sensitivity pilot operated upstream pressure control valves combining high accuracy with stability for precise back pressure regulation. The main valve responds to the sensing pilot with fast, stable action suitable for demanding gas and liquid applications.
Multiple pilot and main valve combinations cover a wide range of pressure and flow requirements. Available with glandless construction for zero gland leakage and tight shut-off capability.
Key Features
- High-Sensitivity Piloting — Precise pressure sensing for accurate, stable back pressure regulation.
- Pilot Operated Accuracy — Pilot operated design achieves far tighter accuracy than direct acting valves.
- Glandless Construction — Eliminates stem seal leakage for zero fugitive emissions.
- Wide Pressure Range — Covers a wide range of set pressures for upstream process control applications.
- Easy Maintenance — Internals replaceable without removing body from pipeline.
