CR-02 Series — Enhanced Upstream Regulators

Enhanced upstream back pressure regulator with improved trim for higher accuracy.

The CR02 Series is a single-stage diaphragm operated pilot valve designed to work in conjunction with CR-Series main valves as an upstream pressure control system. It is primarily used as a Creep Relief Valve (CRV) in natural gas pressure regulating skids to relieve excess pressure in the process line.

The diaphragm responds to changes in pressure and controls the opening and closing of the valve. With design pressures up to 100 Barg and compact body sizes, the CR02 is a reliable solution for preventing gradual pressure creep in high-pressure gas systems.

Key Features

  • Single-Stage Operation — Simple single-stage control for reliable excess pressure relief.
  • Diaphragm Operated — Diaphragm responds sensitively to pressure changes for precise control.
  • Excess Pressure Relief — Prevents process line pressure from exceeding the desired set point.
  • Creep Relief Service — Specifically designed to address pressure creep in natural gas regulating skids.
  • High Pressure Rated — Handles design pressures up to 100 Barg; inlet up to 49 Barg.
