Assistant Manager - Lean
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience: 3+ Years | Location: Asangaon
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability
- Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support Nirmal's growth
- Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities, inform decisions, and drive business performance
- Identifying, developing, and deploying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for critical complaints
- Managing critical vendor relationships and establishing performance tracking systems
