Operation Manager
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 Years | Location: Asangaon
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor and manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Engineer – Production
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 Years | Location: Asangaon
- Adhere to the production schedule to seamlessly meet production targets
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Contribute towards producing quality products by implementing quality control standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure completion of inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
