Assistant Manager – IT
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: 10–12 Years (with at least 2 years in a leadership role) | Location: Thane
- Act as the Factory IT Lead responsible for operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, and cybersecurity compliance
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, communication systems, and enterprise applications
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Support business continuity initiatives, including backup management and disaster recovery planning
Team Lead - Strategy & Operations
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience: 3–8 Years | Location: Thane
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma
- Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions
- Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities and drive business performance
- Leading end-to-end execution of core process improvement projects
- Prioritizing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring rapid goal achievement
