REPCo S.r.l. acquires all shares in Oiltech, strengthening its offering in process engineering
Milan (Italy), 4th November 2025 – REPCo, a Milan-based joint venture between Cavagna Group and Nirmal Industrial Controls, has acquired all shares in Oiltech S.r.l, a company with over twenty years of experience in process engineering in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical sectors. Also based in Milan, Oiltech S.r.l. specialises in supporting large companies in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and energy sectors, as well as manufacturers of skid-mounted plants. The transaction forms part of a strategic process aimed at strengthening REPCo’s presence throughout the supply chain.
Founded in 1993, REPCo S.r.l., operates in the energy sector, offering end-to-end solutions that cover the entire project cycle – from process engineering to supply and plant start-up.
