DH100 Series

The DH Series High Pressure, High Performance, Inlet Pressure Balanced, Direct acting Regulator can be used for almost all kind of service & environments. This type of valve handles very high inlet pressure up to 210 bar(g) & higher. Due to balanced design, effect of inlet pressure variations on set pressure is minimized. The controlled downstream pressure remains constant irrespective of large changes in inlet pressure and flow as these valves have very high flow capacity.

  • Easy to Maintain :
Sturdy & compact design with minimum number of moving parts. Spring casing, valve internals and trim parts can be replaced without removing the regulator from pipeline.
  • Glandless Construction :
Where positive zero gland leakage is required, the design scores over conventional solutions such as bellow seal etc., as the gland itself is eliminated and hence there can’t be gland leakage. Glandless construction eliminates hysteresis, resulting in improvement of sensitivity & repeatability of the valve.
  • Tight Shut-off Capability :
Inlet pressure balanced & special trim design eliminates wear & erosion of seating, providing excellent tight shut-off capability over long working life.
  • Tamper Resistant :
An adjusting screw, lock nut & protective cap arrangement to discourage tampering with pressure setting.
  • Valve Size :
    NPS 3/4” (DN20) & NPS 1″ (DN25)
  • Body Rating :
    ANSI Class 1500# , 2500#
