D41 Series

The D41 Series pilot operated pressure regulators are downstream pressure regulator of rugged construction, designed specifically to handle high flow rates. Different pilot and main valve combinations are available to cover wide range of pressure and flow requirements. Valve body & trim are available in various material of construction for process fluid compatibility.

  • Economical Labour Saving Installation :
Connections to pilot is easily provided duly tubed from the main regulator.
  • Easy to Maintain :
Compact design with minimum number of moving parts. Actuator internals, valve disc pilot & trim parts can be replaced without removing the regulator from the pipeline.
  • Active Monitoring Configuration :
These pressure reducing valves are pilot operated fail-to-open type & hence can be used in Active-Monitoring Configuration.
  • Tight-Shut Off Capability :
Special trim design eliminates wear & erosion of seating, providing excellent tight shut off capability over long working life.
  • Tamper Resistant :
An adjusting screw lock nut and protective cap for pilot is standard to discourage tampering with pressure setting.
  • Accuracy :
These regulators help keep constant outlet pressure to downstream equipment by accurately controlling distribution system pressure at widely varying flow rates & supply pressure for maximum efficiency & best operation.
  • High Capacity Pressure Control :
The design offers very high flow capacity at low droop values, compared to designs without pilot arrangement.
  • Body Size & Connections:
    Flanged 1″, 1½”, 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, 8″ & 10″ (Higher sizes available on request)
  • Ratings :
    ANSI B16.5 Class 150#, 300# & 600#
  • Temperature Capabilities :
    -25(Deg) C to 150(Deg)C
  • Pressure Setting Adjustment :
Possible throughout the spring range by rotating the adjusting screw.
  • Pressure Registration :
    External upstream and downstream.
